Executive Digital Dashboard
Created a one-page executive view of website and lead generation performance, connecting acquisition, engagement, conversion and lead quality with supporting operational detail.

Executive performance view
- Executive Reporting
- GA4
- Conversion
Context
Specialist marketing reports contained useful detail, but leadership needed a shorter view of performance and the decisions requiring attention.
The problem
Reporting was accurate but difficult to review quickly, limiting its use in budget and performance discussions.
Analysis
- 01Metric list cut to what changes an executive decision. Everything else stayed in the operational layer.
- 02Page structured as a funnel narrative running from acquisition through engagement to lead quality.
- 03Lead rate established as the primary commercial measure instead of raw traffic volume.
Recommendation
Organise the executive view around four questions: where traffic comes from, whether visitors engage, whether they convert and whether the leads meet business needs.
Example view
Illustrative presentation of the approach. Client data remains confidential.
